The Night the Stars Descended

Price on Request

It was the darkest night of the year when the great domed palace glowed white against a sky thick with stars. Two vessels of light drifted silently above the water, their reflections shimmering in the river below. Merchants, elephants, and wanderers gathered along the banks, not in fear, but in quiet reverence. They had seen this before, written in the oldest scrolls: “And on the appointed night, the sky shall open, and the children of the cosmos shall return to walk among us.”
